This is a large feature and small bug fix release.
Add Built-in Email Notification on Job Completion
This version introductes a new top level tab — Notifications. On the Notifications tab a user can configure who receives job status emails on job completion (success or with exceptions). The default email:
- makes it easy to distinquish between runs with no errors and runs with exceptions.
- contains a concise table describing activitiy only on tables that had updates.
- lists any exceptions that occured.

Exclude ContentHubItem from Backups
The system table, ContentHubItem, has a bizarre SELECT syntax not understood by CopyStorm. The table cannot be included in backups.
