This is a bug fix release.
Fix a Problem with the IsDeleted Tool on Invalidated Session Keys
If Salesforce invalidated a session key during the processing of a block of records, the Fix Is Deleted tool could mark a block of records as deleted even they were not deleted in Salesforce. This can happen when an excessive number of connetions (or queries) are open on a Salesforce instance and the Salesforce infrastructure makes an arbitrary decision to invalidate a session (to bring a custom within their number of active sessions quota).
