Increase the Performance is the Fix IsDeleted Tool
The performance of the Fix IsDeleted tool has been improved dramatically (7-12x) by the addition of parallelism. The level of parallelism is controlled by a new parameter, # Concurrent Queries, which controls the number of queries submitted to Salesforce concurrently. The level of concurrency that will work best for your organization depends on the speed of your internet connection and the performance capabilities of your database.
