This is a minor feature and bug fix release.

Update Graphics Components to Adapt to 4K Displays

A number of the graphics components were displaying too small on 4K monitors.  Graphics components now adjust to 4K and larger displays.

Fix the CopyStorm GUI Launcher

The CopyStorm GUI launcher on the Job Editor tab will now work even when the corresponding CopyStorm configuration file is not in the root of the config file directory. The background job runner already supported this feature.
