# How to Login to Salesforce using SSO

CopyStorm supports a number of authentication mechanisms, including:

* Salesforce Username & Password (default)
* The OAuth JWT flow
* SFDX

If Salesforce is using SSO to authenticate users, the Username & Password may not work. If this is happening, there are two options to fix authentication:

1. Use JWT or SFDX to authenticate.
2. Manually set the User’s password in Salesforce.
   1. This causes Salesforce to bypass SSO and use its default Username & Password authentication when logging in via the API.
