This is a minor feature, bug fix, and Salesforce API version upgrade release. As always, existing CS:Govern configuration files are backwards compatible.

## **Salesforce API Update**

This release updates CS:Govern to use Salesforce API version 64.

## **Application Experience and Interface**

* Resolve issue causing the CS:Govern GUI to freeze when importing large rules files.
* Resolve SQL/Server specific issue causing the CopyStorm BackupCreatedDate and BackupModifiedDate audit fields to be erased.
* Improve transaction handling in CS:Govern schema updates.
* Add CS:Govern launch feature to require OAuth login before accessing the application.
