Fix a Bug Restoring Person Accounts When MiddleName is Enabled

When Person Accounts are enabled in Salesforce there are two optional columns that can also be enabled (MIddleName and Suffix).  Previous versions of CopyStorm/Restore did not know about these special columns and would fail if a user attempted to restore them.
